I had an issue with my car that a VW dealership had a simple response to - replace and install a whole series of parts for $7K+. (I later learnt that this is what dealership mechanics do, for better or worse, they replace things rather than fixing them). A local mechanic, who did not understand all the issues, said it was going to cost $5K+. But Muller and Muller explained everything to me and addressed the issues, replacing only the parts that needed to be and even serviced my car for $1.3K. In my 25 years of owning a car, I don’t think I’ve come across a mechanic that is so knowledgeable, meticulous and reasonable. If you want your VW to run well and last longer, take it here - and I’ve even seem them service high-end models of other manufacturers.

The service at Muller & Muller is outstanding. We had to change our appointment to later in the day and then we ended up arriving late to get our... read more new Volkswagen Golf checked over but the team here were still happy to check everything over and even stayed back well and beyond after closing. They were amazing and found everything that needed to be fixed and explained it all to us. Both Alfredo and the Michaela were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be bringing all our Volkswagens here! Thank you!
